On 19th December 2023, the Social Services Department conducted an informative lecture at the Senehasa Education Center Auditorium to educate the parents and teachers regarding various programs and services available for the community with special needs. This session was conducted by Mr. J.G.A Kumara (Officer in charge - Seeduwa), along with Mr U.R Rodrigo (retired Superintendent - Seeduwa) and Mrs Madhusha Madhavi Gamage (Development Officer), of the Social Services Department. The lecture shed light on the importance of empowering the community with special needs and highlighted the Vocational Training Center's role in providing valuable services.
