The Indian High Commissioner's Deputy Defense Adviser gave 20 children at our center the opportunity to visit two Indian naval ships (INS Chennai and INS Teg) that arrived in the Colombo port on March 11, 2022.

INS Chennai is one of the biggest warships within the Indian Navy and Defence Wing. High Commission of India was pleased to invite our children to visit the ship to stimulate their inquisitive young minds.

From 10.00 am to 12.00 noon the children had the opportunity to watch videos showing the historical value of the warship, as well as special memories of the ship's past use in warfare. The children also had the opportunity to view the INS Chennai's sensor and processing system, aircraft facilities and military equipment were briefed by the Indian Navy to our children.

This Indian naval warship visit was a great experience for the children with special needs who are receiving educational and therapeutic services from our institute.
